Toyota Enthusiast, Ben van Eeuwijk of the Netherlands

Our friend Ben will join us all the way from the Netherlands on May 20th in Long Beach California! Ben is a huge Toyota fan and is traveling to the US to hang out with all the other Toyota enthusiasts. Though we wish he could bring all his beautiful Toyotas shown below, we are at least happy he will be at AllToyota Fest in person! Here are a few of his current Toyotas – wow what a collection!! 🤩

See you May 20th at Marina Green Park in Long Beach, California!!

1: 64-01-PL: This is my Corolla 1200 Deluxe, registered November 1970 (KE25). It’s one of the two oldest Corolla coupes from the 1st year the KE25 came onto the Dutch market, with the original 1970 Dutch registration.

2: Unregistered: This is my 1971 Corolla 1200 SL (KE25), not yet registered in the Netherlands, but still with Belgium papers. Bought it in Belgium in 2008.

3: NJ-HH-27: This is my 1974 Corolla 1200 Toyoglide Deluxe (KE25). Bought it in Belgium in December 1995, and have it registered with a Dutch license since January 1996.

4: GX-GF-62: This is my 1982 Celica Supra (MA61), this car was sold new in Germany and already imported to the Netherlands before I bought it.

5: NR-24-JY: This is my 1985 Celica Supra automatic, origional Dutch car. Bought it from our local Toyota dealership many years ago.

6: PZ-44-ZL: This is my 1986 Celica coupe GT twin cam (AT160). I bought this one many years ago from the 1st owner, with at that time only 109k km’s. Ath this moment it still has less than 200k km’s.

7: TB-64-ZG: This is my 1988 Supra turbo (MA70) with sportsroof and leather interior. Bought it from a friend after I found out it was used by a know Dutch car magazine as a test car for the introduction of the Supra turbo in May 1988.

8: TP-HH-42: This is my 1998 Starlet, bought it in 2013 from the 1st owner with only 124k km’s on it. Right now it’s being used by my wife as a daily driver. We did many road trips with this one, all over Europe. Countries we visited with this tiny little Toyota are UK, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Germany, Tjech republic, Autria, Switzerland, France, Liechtenstein, and Italy. Because of the many trips now it has about 270k km’s, and it’s still going strong.

9: 80-GL-DZ: This is my 2000 Avensis (AT220). It’s my last and also youngest car and used by me as a daily driver. It had 185k km’s when we bought it, right now it sits around 220k km’s.
