Your confirmation letters for approved registered owners were mailed out starting June 16 from the Long Beach area. Once you receive your letter, please keep it inside your show car now—this will serve as your entry pass. ⚠️ Please do NOT post photos of your confirmation letter on social media. This could cause issues— Also, the arrival time window printed on the letter may be incorrect!! Sorry!

❤️TOWING? Please Purchase your Parking Ticket in advance asap! **Cannot do the day of show purchase. Please process before 6/20 to make sure you will get a Trailer Parking Pass on time.

- Latest Arrival Time: 8:45 AM Gate Closure: 8:50 AM (No exceptions for latecomers)
- Parking Zones: Parking zones are fixed and cannot be changed. If you want to park with friends in the same zone, arrive together.
- Car Relocation: Be prepared to relocate your car, if necessary, after parking. Stay by your car until 9 AM. Avoid walking around on driveways
- T-shirts: Visit the TORC Main Booth at 9 AM to collect your package. Display your ID card on your dashboard: starts at 10 AM to 12PM. T-shirt pickup available until 12 PM only.
- Canopy Setup: Allowed after 9 AM. Ensure it doesn’t interfere with cars or driveways. Canopies with business branded logos will be removed.
- Advertisements: You are registered as a regular participant, not as a vendor. Therefore, any : Flags, Signs, Flyers, Banners, or any other commercial promotions of non-vendors are strictly prohibited and will be removed. No SWAP MEET, please!
- Music and Noise Level: Refrain from playing loud music until you exit the venue.
- Departure from the Event: As per the registration rules, you cannot leave early. Stay until JCCS staff releases your car by zones.
- Expected release time: Between 3:30 PM – 4 PM. Remember, you have signed up to stay in the show until 4PM.

Q) I have to switch my registered Toyota >> A) Please email to registration (at) toyotaclub.org for an approvals, ASAP.
Q) Do registered owners need tickets? >> A) No, all of your passengers are not required to purchase tickets only at a time of your roll-in according to the confirmation letter. Any friends or family visiting you at later times, they need admission tickets. Use promo code “LOVETOYOTA5” for $5 off admission.
Q) I never received my approval email and worried >> A) Please email to registration (at) toyotclub.org
Q) Where can my family park when they come later? >> A) There are many parking available around the venue. You can use this parking locater or The Pike is a biggest parking structure. Sorry, this year Convention Center is not our spectator parking.
Q) Can I bring a canopy?
Yes. However please make sure the following:
- Canopy is a plain, non logo printed canopy.
- Canopy can set-up only after 9am. Weights are must as the venue could be windy.
- Canopy location must not conflict with other show vehicles.
- Canopy location must maintain to help 6 feet distance when people are under it.
- Please follow event staff advice that they may ask you to relocate the canopy.
