Advices given by TORC, City of Long Beach and Long Beach Police Department.
1) No pets of any kind are allowed in the venue except certified medical dogs.
2) “For sale” sign or decals displayed on windshield and dashboard is NOT allowed. This is a car show, not a sales site.
3) No Swap meet of any items, merchandise display, sales, flags/banners of any kind are allowed except vendors. If anyone selling anything by registered vehicles or while spectating the show, without being an official vendors with a city sales permit, $500 vendor fee will be collected on site. No exceptions.
4) Your spot given is for 1 car (regular size)only as an individual participation. If your purpose is a business entry, please contact and register as a vendor.
5) There will be NO at-the-gate / on site-registration. All show cars must PRE-REGISTER.
6) No alcohol bought by the participants in the show area. +No open grill inside the venue.
7) Participants are required to keep their cars in their assigned location throughout the duration of the event (NOT only until 3pm), until the show calls for safe dismissal, which will be no later than 4 pm. It is essential for safety reasons that no vehicles leave early without authorization from show staff and organizers.
Due to street conditions, some congestion is anticipated. Cars may be advised to exit by section to section to minimize traffic congestion. The show area must be cleared by all participants before 6 pm. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated
8) Parking zones will be based on models unless specified. Parking location will be designated accordingly and subject to change. If you come with friends that have different models, you may not be allowed to park together.
9) All show-cars entry to be finished at tentatively between 6 am to 8:30am* on the day of show. The entry gate and a connected driveway will be closed at 8:45 am. Show runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm**** Time subject to change. You will receive a specific entry guidance in May 2024.
10) Car show participants must follow all directions and maintain slow driving speed during the event venue at all time. >>>> Prior to the official release, no engine starts are permitted, and activities such as squealing tires, burnouts, racing, or cruising inside the venue or near streets are strictly prohibited. TORC reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who violate these rules or who are deemed inappropriate or pose a safety hazard to others, prior to or during the event. TORC maintains a zero-tolerance policy, and any violators will be promptly escorted off the premises.
11) Any alcoholic possessions will NOT be confiscated.
12) Anyone found disobeying these rules will be required to leave the event immediately. TORC reserves the right to reject entry to anyone found disobeying these rules prior to the event or reject entry in any future shows.
12) Playing loud music in vehicles is strictly prohibited, with no exceptions. TORC reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who violate this rule, whether before or during the event, or who are deemed inappropriate or pose a safety hazard to others.
13) TORC does not accept any Towing vehicles on site or can not enter the show area to drop off your show cars. There will be NO DESIGNATED PARKING LOT for towing cars at this moment. (as of 3/14/2025) Any supplier truck other than the registered vehicle must be authorized prior to the event, and park at the assigned parking area, (not with your show cars) for entire the duration of the show.
14) Make sure that you drive/bring your registered vehicle. Only registered vehicles will be allowed onto the event grounds. If your registered vehicle cannot attend (due to mechanical or other reasons), and you wish to bring another vehicle, PLEASE notify the events coordinators ASAP or at least 3 weeks prior to the show. Be aware that we cannot park your non-registered vehicles smoothly the day of the show. We’re not being picky, but when we have several hundred cars trying to get in, we can not have delays.
15) Time schedule is subject to change.
16) NON-DRIVABLE VEHICLES ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN THIS EVENT. No exceptions.
17) Workmanship Award Policy: As announced in 2014, ALL TOYOTAFEST does not conduct vehicle judging for participants. Full details are available Announcement on the main page.
18) Event staff/organizers/volunteers/event sponsors and vendors/ the city of Long Beach reserve the right to refuse service / cancel registration / and or entrance to individuals we deem inappropriate to anyone. Any participants, visitors, or exhibitors who fail (or have failed in the PAST in any other events or meets) to follow the written rules and regulations or verbal instruction from the event staff are subject to disqualification and removal or/cancelation from the event. This also includes ⚠️un-sportsman like behavior⚠️excessive profanity ⚠️sexually explicit⚠️ violent⚠️unethical⚠️ intoxicated⚠️under the influence⚠️questionable character⚠️ or anything else deemed inappropriate ⚠️by the event staff, volunteers, our sponsors, and the venue, and also by car community or car club/groups participating in this event.
19) Registration fee is NON REFUNDABLE except listed on our Cancelation Policy 2025
