Q) Why wasn’t my car chosen for participation? >>>>>>> A) As stated during your registration on THIS PAGE, we limit the number of entries for each generation of Toyota models based on venue capacity. Registration isn’t on a first-come, first-served basis. Please again refer to the VIDEO for further details on the registration process. Thank you for your understanding.

2. I just want to visit the show. What do I do?
Please purchase admission tickets from our visitor page.
3. I just found out about your event. I have a Toyota and want to bring to show. Can I?
Thanks for your interest! Our show-car pre-registration only accept applications in March 2024. If you are reading this page in May, sorry we are ready to go. So please register early next year. Thanks for your understanding.
4. I registered my TOYOTA. Do my passengers need to register as well?
Your passengers of 2 are free only when they enter with you at the time of load-in in the morning (Roll-in Instruction TBA) All others will need to purchase admission tickets via our visitor page.
5. I registered my TOYOTA. My letters are not yet arrived! Will I be ok?
YES> Please don’t panic, as of April 7 the letters have NOT yet mailed out. it is ok… If you successfully registered (meaning you did receive an “approval” e-mail confirmation letter in March) then you are on our list. A paper confirmation letter will be on your way around May 30,2024. Sometimes However, sometimes letters do get lost in transit. We will announce when the letters are mailed out. TORC staff will be at the gate for your check-ins. Check our Show Car Entry Instruction page.
6. Can I park with my friends?
It is possibly done only within the same models of registered vehicles of a few, when you roll-in together. There is no guarantee. Please be reminded – this event does not offer any car club parking as agreed on the registration rules. Parking sections are designated to keep safety distance, and to be separated based on the models due to smooth and fast parking situation of more than 400 cars. Thanks for your kind understandings.
7. I can't make it. Can my friend come on behalf? Or can I get a refund?
Your friend can only take your spot with prior notice, otherwise he needs to come at gate at 8:30am on June 8th. TORC is not responsible for any money transactions between you and friend. Under the 2024 Cancelation policy that you agreed at your time of registration..
8. My show-car hasn’t done yet, so I decided not to take it and will just visit the show. Do I need to pay parking fee?
YES. Or you can come with your friend who is registered to the show to save some parking fee. Please see visitor page for several parking options around the show site. (paid parking).
9. I can't make, it but still want my goodie bag. What is the option?
Your goodies are available for you/your friend/family to pick up all day 8am – until 12pm on site. Please try to manage to come visit the show even without your show-cars, or contact your friends so he can pick up for you. We will need to fully verify the person who is receiving goodies for you. Under the 2024 Cancelation policy, there will be no refund..
10. Can I sell my parts by my car? Can I put up my sponsor’s banners or flags?
No. You can not sell anything or promote any business if you are not registered as a vendor. Any items will be removed and you will be invoiced vendor fee of $500.
11. Can I bring guests on my registered car?
This event is a ticketed event, and you are limited to (2)guests to bring with you ONLY when you are loading in, in the morning of the show .
12. Can I bring a canopy?
Yes. However please make sure the following:
- Canopy is a plain, non logo printed canopy.
- Canopy can set-up only after 9am. Weights are must as the venue could be windy.
- Canopy location must not conflict with other show vehicles.
- Canopy location must maintain to help 6 feet distance when people are under it.
- Please follow event staff advice that they may ask you to relocate the canopy.
13. What are the conditions of show-car awards?
Please review our announcement and also on the event Rules and Regulation page, agreed on your time of registration. Announcement
14. I am towing my show-car. What is my option for the loading?
TORC and City of Long Beach does not have parking for towing vehicles at this moment. Please make an arrangement as it was confirmed at your time of registration.
15. Can we bring our own food? Can we do a BBQ?
As a show-car registered owner, you can bring your food ONLY at the time of your load-in in the morning. No visitors can deliver your food at later time. Please, NO BBQ.
16. Will you have food vendors?
YES. There will be nice food service available in the event this year. Restaurants are available in Shoreline Village as well. No food to be brought in by spectators.
