Registration fee is NON REFUNDABLE*
Exception: refunds will be made only when:
- *Your vehicle is not given a spot and due to TORC decision
Fee refund will NOT be made when:
- *You withdraw yourself due to your own schedule or under any unfortunate circumstances (sickness, injury etc) Basically, NO REFUND policy, simply say.
- *The city of Long Beach cancels the event due to any reason including due to public health issues and guidelines, regardless if it is directed by the County of Los Angeles, or State of California, TORC will NOT refund the registration fee. TORC may hold a date to distribute registration goodies to the registered owners. No refund will be made.
- *Your absence on the day of the show for ANY reason, your goodies will be available for you/your friends/family to come visit and pick up IN PERSON before 1pm. No refunds to be made.
- You decided to DISPUTE over PayPal or Merchants for any reason, you are no longer accepted with any current or futureTORC events. No exception.
Can’t Make It to the Show? No Backup Toyota Either? Here Are Your Options:
Option 1: Transfer Your Spot to a Friend
If you notify us before May 1, 2026, we can update your registration and transfer your spot in advance while the vehicle remains eligible for recognition awards.
If the deadline has passed, you or your friend may still check in at the gate at 8:30 AM on May 30. However, the replacement vehicle will not be eligible for recognition awards.
Please note: TORC is not responsible for any money exchanged between you and your friend.
Option 2: Pick Up Your Registration Package
Even if you are unable to attend with your vehicle, you are still entitled to receive your registration package.
Your items may be picked up by you, a friend, or a family member on May 30 (until 12:00 PM).
We encourage you to stop by the show — even without your vehicle — or arrange for someone to pick up the package on your behalf.
A government-issued photo ID will be required for verification if someone is picking up for you.
